Very nice staff and the breakfast is super good.

Nice cafe, cakes first class, prices reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was completely overwhelmed by the large number of visitors. Why not provide the only waitress with a temporary help? You can't do this alone with the long walkways to the terrace! Hot milk was served cold, tea cups should be preheated. We and other guests had to wait far too long for payment.

Here you can enjoy breakfast! We thought it was a wonderful place to start the day. Our breakfast was lovingly put together, the scrambled eggs - with chives and bacon - tasted particularly delicious. A warm drink was of course included, we drank hot cappuccino, ate mixed rolls, with honey and various jams. The fruit was very fresh (pineapple, honeydew melon, grapes, kiwi, currants). Highly recommended!

First visit. Food and cake very good. Unfortunately, we have probably caught the wrong day. Only one operator, totally overloaded. Tables were not cleared, long waiting times.

A small but cosy cafe close to the Schloss Braunfels. A huge variety of fruity teas can be ordered. A good selection of cakes are also available. Seating is comfortable and the service is average. We had something to drink and some delicouis cake and a mouth watering pancake with cream and warm cherries. Enter and enjoy this delightful place.

Cozy cafe in the old center of Braunfels directly located beneath the awesome castle. They have a great selection of all typical tasty German 🎂 at a reasonable price. They even have fresh German waffles with powdered sugar or whipped cream and thickened soure cherries. Sure, there is Black Forest cake and Frankfurter Kranz. Outside seating is breathtaking with the direct look at the castle.
